Strict Selection from The Garden
We work closely with Viet GAP-certified gardeners in the Mekong Delta region – where the soil and climate are ideal for green-skinned pomelos to grow. Only pomelos that meet the criteria of size, ripeness, sweetness and beautiful skin are harvested to be put into the preliminary selection process.
Each pomelo is manually inspected to completely remove any scratched, diseased or unsatisfactory fruit. This is the first step to ensure consistent quality for each batch.
Modern Processing & Packaging
After being selected, the pomelos will be washed with sterile clean water, dried naturally and brought to the packaging area according to a closed process. All employees are equipped with protective gear to ensure food hygiene and safety.
We use sturdy 5-layer carton packaging, combined with an inner shockproof lining to protect the grapefruit during transportation, ensuring that the freshness and appearance are kept intact until consumers. Each carton is fully printed with traceability information and can be quickly checked via QR code.
